• Meet with you initially to determine if we are compatible ~ a FREE consultation
• Up to 4 in-person meetings to design and coordinate Ceremony
• Unlimited communication via phone or email for informational support
• Work with you to create the wedding Ceremony of your dreams-either by providing you with a completed ceremony fine turned to your needs, or by serving as a resource and guiding you as you create your own unique vows. I offer 11 ceremonies to support you in creating your heartfelt ceremony
• Incorporate your spiritual beliefs into your Ceremony
• Provide you with copies of your ceremony as it develops and make changes and adjustments as you desire.
• Pre-Rehearsal Meeting ~ assist you in the final Ceremony details: the processional and recessional details as well as all other details pertaining to the Ceremony itself ~ I will answer all your questions, make suggestions, and most of all make your Ceremony process easy and effortless.
• Be available for a Rehearsal of the Ceremony.
• Arrive 1 hour prior to Ceremony to coordinate with other providers (DJ, Photographer, Event Planner, etc) and to ensure the smooth running of your Ceremony.
• Be prompt and professional.
• Dress appropriately for your ceremony-per your instructions.
• Be a calming presence
• Guide you through the ceremony in a caring and heart-felt delivery.
• Complete license signatures and handle post Ceremony paperwork with the country registry.
